a warning is sent
all hope is fading
as doom were awaiting.
Earthquake or flood
shedding of blood
plagues or pests
riots and unrest.
Toxic acid rains
across the plains
the nuclear race
comets from space.
Fire and brimstone
a failing ozone
disintegrating earths core
another world war.
Famine and disease
a gun trigger you squeeze
chaos and disorder
at each and every boarder.
Whatever the cause
I take time to pause
for everything we fear
we already have here.
