Hearts filled with laughter
merriment is what were after.
In celebration of a new year
we all toast a cheer.
Turning over a new leaf
a fresh start is our belief.
All our regrets were stopping
as the new years ball starts dropping.
Singing the chorus to auld lang syne
we get drunk out of our minds.
As we are so filled with bliss
we start the new year with a kiss.
As december comes to an end
my greetings to you I will send.
To all of you I hold so dear
